Twitter Down

I decided to create a Twitter account and now it seems to be down and has been so since 8:30 this morning. I checked Google trends and it seems I'm not alone.

(update: still down, domain pings just fine, trace route finds the network, (through proxy) must be something big.)

update:correction 11:20am - will not ping from my IP address in Bowling Green KY

final update: 12:45pm... it appears to be back up and running. Oh, and the Saints are beating the Giants 14-3 at the end of the 1 quarter. (grin) Cool
